Un proyecto puede cumplir con el alcance, el tiempo y el costo a la perfección, pero si un actor clave con alto poder no está satisfecho, el proyecto será considerado un fracaso. El Registro de Interesados es un documento estratégico que lista quiénes son, qué esperan del proyecto y, fundamentalmente, dónde se ubican en nuestra Matriz de Poder/Interés. Esto nos permite priorizar nuestro esfuerzo de comunicación.
A project can meet scope, time, and cost perfectly, but if a key player with high power is not satisfied, the project will be considered a failure. The Stakeholder Register is a strategic document listing who they are, what they expect from the project, and crucially, where they sit on our Power/Interest Grid. This allows us to prioritize our communication efforts.
Técnicas de recopilación de datos. Nunca asumas que conoces a todos. Pregunta: "¿Quién provee los fondos? ¿Quién usará el producto? ¿A quién podría afectar negativamente la obra?"
Data gathering techniques. Never assume you know everyone. Ask: "Who provides the funds? Who will use the product? Who might be negatively affected by the construction?"
Clasifica a los interesados basándose en tres variables: Poder (capacidad de imponer voluntad), Urgencia (necesidad de atención inmediata) y Legitimidad (su nivel de involucramiento apropiado).
Classifies stakeholders based on three variables: Power (ability to impose will), Urgency (need for immediate attention), and Legitimacy (their level of appropriate involvement).
