Fase 3: Ejecución y Monitoreo Phase 3: Executing & Monitoring

Leading people is not enough. The Control Resources process ensures that physical materials, equipment, and infrastructure are available at the exact right time and in the right quantity (Just-In-Time) to avoid bottlenecks. It involves monitoring inventory, machinery wear and tear, and preventing theft or shrinkage on site.
The Structural Engineer halted the installation of cable trays (urgently requested by the IT Lead), arguing that the F-min 100 concrete floor still required 2 more days of curing. The IT Lead raised their voice on site, demanding immediate access because their servers (physical resource) were waiting on the loading dock in the rain.
