A diferencia de los recursos materiales (el concreto no tiene emociones), los Interesados pueden arruinar o salvar tu proyecto basados puramente en su percepción. El Plan de Involucramiento de los Interesados es una estrategia psicológica. Consiste en evaluar dónde está la actitud de una persona hoy (Current) y a dónde necesitamos llevarla (Desired) para asegurar el éxito del proyecto, diseñando una táctica específica para lograr ese movimiento.
Unlike material resources (concrete has no emotions), Stakeholders can ruin or save your project based purely on their perception. The Stakeholder Engagement Plan is a psychological strategy. It consists of evaluating where a person's attitude is today (Current) and where we need to take it (Desired) to ensure project success, designing a specific tactic to achieve that movement.
No sabe que el proyecto existe ni cómo le afectará. Peligroso si es alguien con alto poder, ya que su reacción inicial suele ser a la defensiva.
Does not know the project exists or how it will affect them. Dangerous if it's someone with high power, as their initial reaction is usually defensive.
Conoce el proyecto pero está en contra del cambio. Su objetivo consciente o subconsciente es que el proyecto se retrase o se cancele.
Aware of the project but resistant to change. Their conscious or subconscious goal is for the project to be delayed or canceled.
Conoce el proyecto pero no lo apoya ni se opone. Observador pasivo. Útil para interesados de bajo poder que solo necesitan información estándar.
Aware of the project but neither supportive nor opposed. Passive observer. Useful for low-power stakeholders who just need standard info.
Partidario: Apoya el proyecto y ayuda cuando se le pide.
Líder: Es un embajador activo; mueve obstáculos y defiende el proyecto públicamente (Ideal para el Sponsor).
Supportive: Supports the project and helps when asked.
Leading: Active ambassador; removes obstacles and publicly defends the project (Ideal for the Sponsor).
